System design. We begin with a detailed engineering design based on the customer's entire electrical distribution system. This study evaluates both the customer's financial goals and the facility's electrical environment. This approach reduces electrical consumption and maximizes cost savings while meeting a customer's financial goals.

Installation. After a design is complete and approved by the customer, we install the system as a turnkey solution with no impact to the customer's operation. Our systems are passive, which means that changes to equipment and electrical systems are subtle and are not noticed in operation. Further, our systems require no ongoing maintenance or attention.

Measuring success. We work closely with our customers to establish a measurement and verification protocol for each facility. Our methodology is drawn from and complies with the International Performance Measurement and Verification Protocol (IPMVP).

Guarantee. The projected savings and payback period for each project is guaranteed by an insurance policy issued by Lloyd's of London, eliminating risk to the customer. The savings and payback period guaranteed to the customer are generally slightly conservative - we typically see a 1% - 2% higher return than projected, hence a quicker payback.

Product Warranty. We offer a three-year warranty on all products. Extended warranties are available.
